Veteran Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar has passed away. He is 98 years old
Dilip Kumar, one of the leading actors in Bollywood, has been hospitalized for the past few years. He was pronounced dead at the scene due to ineffective treatment and old age. Dilip Kumar is the protagonist of many famous films including Mughal and Madhumati and was number one in Bollywood for many years. Bollywood filmmakers are mourning his demise as a great loss to Indian cinema. Actor Dilip Kumar's wife Sairabhanu had said that his health was improving when he was recently admitted to the hospital due to ill health.
He was admitted to the hospital due to suffocation and was admitted to the intensive care unit of Induja Hospital in Mumbai. Actor Dilip Kumar passed away today after millions of fans prayed for his recovery and return home.
Actor Dilip Kumar made his film debut in 1944's Jawar Patta and his last film was 1998's Kuvla.
