history of Shawarma

How this shawarma, which is said to be Lebanese food, spread to other countries is how the meat dish kabab was so popular in 19th century Turkey.

Kabab means roasting meat. This kabab is a Greek word for roast meat. The people there call it Kyros. Similarly, this meat diet is widespread in the Middle East. The Arabic word became shawarma.

The Arab people living in the Middle East call it Shawarma. Prior to this, this meat dish was in the Turkish language called showerme. This shawarma is brought to Mexico by people living in the Middle East. It begins in the twentieth century. Thus Savarma is spread by tourists from Lebanon to countries including Turkey, Syria and Saudi Arabia. The shawarma also migrates from Saudi Arabia to Pakistan and European countries.

This shawarma is introduced in Mexico in 1920 by a worker from Lebanon. Only then did the Savarma begin to spread on a large scale to countries including Canada. This dish is still considered as a fast food in foreign countries today. Shawarma is one of the fastest growing foods in India. It was introduced 20 years ago in India, especially in the hills of Kerala. This shawarma is made by cutting and stacking the meat on a metal stick and then heating it to a certain temperature.

A student in Kerala died after eating this shawarma. This was followed by many casualties in places like Tanjore in Tamil Nadu. Thus many shawarma shops were sealed. No matter what the health risks of eating this Sharma, no matter how hot the meat is, the meat used for this is processed the day before. Then they take the meat and beat it on a stick and heat it. But no matter how hot it is, some of the meat in the layers inside is not fast.

This is how unheated meat produces bacteria. It is only when it is ingested that food poisoning occurs and deaths occur. This is called a complicated infection. This means that these complex bacteria are the main cause of food poisoning. The Department of Health has told us how to protect ourselves from these infections. Accordingly, hands should be washed before and after eating. Importantly we need to see if the water we drink, the fruits and vegetables we eat are clean and hygienic.

The infection is said to be easily transmitted to food items such as milk, poultry and fish. It is said that such meats should be cooked and eaten at the right temperature. One of the things we need to learn is to look at the most hygienic food offered in stores.

And we need to keep ourselves hygienic, especially when we go out and make it a habit to wash our hands regularly when we get home. Make sure the food is properly processed. Such casualties are caused by placing spoiled food from the pictures. So it is important to see a doctor immediately if someone has food poisoning.
